l'oli del mar

a sea of century-old olive trees

The environment

Our traditional olive trees are an integral part of the landscape of the Baix Ebre. The terraces on which they grow are a distinctive element of the tranquil view over the sea, enjoying its breeze and establishing a poetic and inclusive dialogue between the agricultural crops and the seafaring tradition.

Over 200 hectares replete with olive fields that lie between the slope of the Sierra del Boix and the north of the left side of the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, between the municipal districts of l'Aldea, Camarles, l'Ampolla and El Perelló. Their various characteristics allow for the production of very different oils, thus satisfying even the most discerning of palates.

A setting that invites you to change your chip, to leave your worries aside and to savour its peace, quiet and tranquillity.

Terraced land, with dry-stone margins, forming part of a territory where ancient olive trees have stood for centuries, along with unique flora and fauna.
